Project Description

This complicated remodel addition project required careful planning along with the acquisition of an additional parcel of land.  The original structure of 8,000 square feet was completed remodeled, including all electrical and mechanical systems.  An additional 11,000 square feet of new construction was added to the remodeled structure which required precise planning and management.  The oversight provided by Porter’s representative ensured that this project was completed ahead of schedule and under budget.

TRAVIS CREDIT UNION – VACAVILLE

Project Description

Members of the Porter Consulting team met with the Executive Team at Travis Credit Union and understood the organizations need to expand.  After understanding the Credit Union’s goals and objectives, 32 acres of unimproved land was acquired.  After the acquisition of the property, Porter representatives met with the multiple members of Vacaville’s leadership to secure all entitlements for the new 120,000 square foot corporate headquarters.  The project was managed on schedule and was delivered under budget given skillful project and construction management.  The completed project remains a focal point of the Vacaville landscape.
